Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office first before contacting us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

At PrimeEx, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but we understand that things can sometimes go wrong.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [Your Contact Email]. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. However, we are not responsible for lost packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you suspect theft, please file a report with your local authorities.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us at drippristine4k@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will review and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we can reship it, but the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
